Malheureusement, je n'ai (actuellement) qu'un petit four micro-ondes, j'ai donc dû piquer un livre de recettes et suivre ses conseils afin de réaliser mon premier gâteau qui s'avérait fameux : une "montagne noire".
Ca doit donner ça :
Bref, voici la recette, avec 150g de sucre, 100g de beurre, 3 oeufs, 60g de cacao, 30g de farine, levure :Mélanger dans un saladier oeufs et sucre jusqu'à blanchiment, puis rajouter farine, cacao (ou chocolat fondu...) et levure.
Rajouter le beurre et garnir un moule à soufflé beurré
Faire cuire 5 min à puissance maximale
Pas de problème !
